With a tight 1:2 instructor-to-student ratio, you’ll receive elite coaching tailored to your current skill level, helping you break through plateaus in the powerful surf of Nova Scotia. ✅ What You’ll Master: This training focuses on the technical precision and explosive movements required for advanced bodyboarding. We provide professional feedback on: The Perfect Drop: Master steep take-offs and bottom turns to set up your line. Speed & Rail Control: Learn how to generate maximum drive and hold your edge in critical sections. Technical Maneuvers: Step-by-step progression for: 360s: Clean rotations without losing speed. El Rollo: Finding the right section to launch and land safely. ARS (Air Roll Spin): Combining moves for elite-level performance. And more: Backflips, Inverts, and Tube Riding (depending on conditions). Wave Selection & Positioning: Reading the lineup like a pro to find the best ramps. ⚠️ Requirement: Since this is a high-performance training session, all participants must bring their own gear (Board, fins, and an appropriate wetsuit for the Atlantic waters).
